•   All Muslim Institutions meeting the listing requirements are welcomed.
• Existence: Only physically existing Institutions will be listed.
• Services: A registered only organization that does not provide service(s) is not eligible.
• Legitimacy: Organization has to be legitimate and legally registered
• Authenticity: To insure that a listed Institution exists and provides services, one of the following might be required:
• Photo: Listed Institutions are photographed and the photo will be part of the Institution basic information.  The photo can be for the outside structure like Mosques or for the inside office space for Organizations or their activities.
• Letterhead: The Institution letterhead showing the logo, mailing address, contact info can be emailed or faxed.
• References: A list of recognized names that can confirm the validity of submitted information .
• How accurate is the collected information?
  Very rigorous methods were used in collecting the information.

• Addresses: Should be fairly accurate as I personally visited and photographed the institutions.  However, it is possible that featured Institutions seized to exist or moved to a different location.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers, faxes, etc tend to change or get disconnected.  Hopefully when everyone has a chance to administer his account, these will be more accurate
  
• Are any of the featured Institutions not a Muslim one?

Hope not.  However, since different sources were used, there is always a chance of that happening especially when the offshoot group does not disclose themselves publicly.  Please report any such findings and corrective measure will be taken promptly.  Due to differences of opinions about certain groups, my basic criteria will be the Hajj.  If a group followers are allowed to perform Hajj, then they will be allowed on www.MuslimGuide.com

• My Institution is not listed, can I add it?

 Yes, we encourage all Muslim Institutions to be part of this listing.  This is how it works:

•  Search: Make a thorough search about your institution first to make sure it is not listed.  Any field in the form is searchable even with partial info.  This is important as the Institution might been spelled differently

• Search by Name/Organization: At times Institutions have different names

• Search by street address
• Search by City: At times Institutions may use different city names for address
• Search by State
• Do not limit yourself to the Account Type as the Institution may have been classified different what you think

•  Register: You have to register to be able to add an account.
•  Sign in: You have to sign in to be able to add an account.
•  Fill the form: Once you are sure your Institution is not listed, click her to fill the form
• Upload photo and necessary validations

• Visibility: As soon as the information is validated, your Institution will be visible by the public

Administration: You can administer your own Institution account
